It all happened very quickly – our Festival favourites The Small Strings had just finished playing a post Bracknell vs London Welsh set in January when up popped Keanne with a uke having worked the bar during the day.
Understandably a little nervous but undoubtedly egged on by her rugby teammates – Keanne went for it, and we did the sensible thing and signed her up to open the Ascot Sports Bar Acoustic Stage at Bracknell Ale & Cider Festival 2024.
