The 2025 Bracknell Ale & Cider Festival is fast approaching.
The event raises £1,000s for Bracknell Rugby Club every year, supporting the clubs efforts to provide community activity and space throughout the year.
In an attempt boost the amount of money we are able to raise, we are holding a sponsorship raffle with the prize: Your Business/Club/Message across the 100s of t-shirts worn by Bracknell Ale & Cider Festival volunteers over the weekend.
What are the volunteer t-shirts? Every year the volunteers at the Festival are very visible in a branded t-shirt – last year they were teal (see above) – and have a large sponsors logo on the back. These t-shirts are then gifted to the volunteer wearing them for continued use!
What does it cost to enter? Entry to the raffle is £50 and will gain the entrant a sponsorship of a beer or cider at the event, and a social media ‘Thank You’ post across a preferred platform. One lucky winner will be drawn at random and will have their logo plastered across the t-shirts (see example above).
How to enter the raffle? Entering couldn’t be simpler. Add your details below, choose how many entries you want to make, and make a payment!

What next?
- By entering the sponsors raffle, you are able to tell your customers/social media/newlsetter following that you are supporting a fantastic community event. (If you want to use our Festival logo, you can download the pink version here | or purple version here).
- Use it for some positive PR. On the day, we’ll facilitate you getting a picture with your sponsored beer or cider that you can use across your platforms.
- Want some great imagery? We’ve compiled a load of free to use images you can download here to use across your marketing and channels.
- We’ll also be in touch to get a copy of your logo, or you can beat us to it and email it direct to beer@bracknaleevents.co.uk with the subject ‘[business name] logo’.
