How long has the business been running? 3 years
Describe your food offering in one paragraph: Fink is a social enterprise street food trader on a mission to tackle mental health stigma, one bite at a time. Fink uses their exciting street food experiences to raise awareness, tackle negative perceptions of mental ill-health and empower self-care. As a social enterprise, they use the majority of their profits to fund mental health counselling services for young people in Berkshire, in partnership with No5 Young People. Their Middle-Eastern fusion menu is bold, vibrant and guaranteed to please the crowd! Choose from our signature wraps, mezze boxes or loaded fries. #bEATthestigma
What is the big dish you are famous for? The Unit Wrap – chicken shawarma, falafel and crispy halloumi wrap
