Everyone business is a winner in the Bracknell Ale & Cider Festival 2026 Volunteer T-Shirt sponsor raffle.
The event raises £1,000s for Bracknell Rugby Club every year, supporting the club’s efforts to provide community activity and space throughout the year.
In an attempt boost the amount of money we are able to raise, we are holding a sponsorship raffle with the prize: Your Business/Club/Message across the 100s of t-shirts worn by Bracknell Ale & Cider Festival volunteers over the weekend.
What are the volunteer t-shirts? Every year, the volunteers at the Festival are very visible in a branded t-shirt – last year they were pink – and have a large sponsors logo on the back (in 2025 this was Ballcock & Bits). These t-shirts are then gifted to the volunteer wearing them for continued use!
What does it cost to enter? Each entry to the raffle is £50, you can enter as many times as you like but each entry costs £50.
Who can enter? Anyone. Whether you are a local or national business, Crowthorne Canoe Club or just want to tell Brian you love him.
What do you get for £50? Every entry will automatically receive the following:
- Sponsorship of one beer or cider – these will be assigned randomly
- This means your logo will appear on the barrel on the day. A link to your website will be included on our fully searchable digital drinks menu next to the drink you have sponsored
- A post on our social media channel (Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn) thanking you or your business ‘Thank
- Entered into a draw to be the 2025 sponsor of our volunteer T-Shirts (see example above). This will be drawn on Monday 12th May 2025
- Closing date for entries is midnight on Sunday 11th May 2025
