Bracknell Ale & Cider Festival is run and staffed by volunteers. It is a not for profit event raising money for Bracknell Rugby Club which provides activity and interest for 1,000s across the borough every week.
The event is a brilliant day out – illustrated by the numbers that return every year to join us for ‘Bracknell’s biggest party’.
To help us raise as much money as possible, we have plenty of advertising opportunities available across the site – which welcomes around 3,000 people during the day.

Drinks glasses
We’re looking to purchase new, sturdy, reusable plastic glasses for this years event. These will be subsequently used throughout the year at Bracknell Rugby Club matches and events such as the incredibly popular Fireworks night.
Beer tokens
Business logo and website on our beer tokens which are purchased by anyone looking to enjoy a beer or cider at the event.
Wrist bands
Issued to every person that enters the beer Festival site. Circa 3,000 people.
Signage
Your logo on every sign printed for the Festival.
