The Salisbury connection continues with the addition of Plain Ales ‘Inncognito’ to the Bracknell Ale & Wine Festival 2014 beer list.

Inncognito is a 4.8% stout with added port, roasted malt and mature vine fruits.
Untappd.com says: “Drink at room temperature. Stick a pint in your microwave for 20 seconds”. We might have to try this.
We’ve got two Salisbury types visiting us this year with the previously announced Eye Opener from Stonehenge Ales, and Inncognito is one of two from Plain Ales.
Last year we had four of their range, each one going down very well, so we’re delighted to be able to welcome an award winning brewery back.
And yes, it is a pure happy accident that we’ve matched a beer called ‘Inncognito’ with a local security firm, but sometimes things just work out!
Here’s what Plain Ales website has to say about Inncognito:
This night-black ale, despite its name does little to disguise its extravagance and its rich decadence. In the tradition of our Irish ancestors this full bodied stout envelops you in a cloak of darkest-before-dawn blackness holding tight to an array of lavish fulsome flavours: sweet roasted malt, aged port and robustly mature fruits of the vine. It is nothing less than liquid velvet. Come over to the dark side.
One of our highest rated beers on untappd.com. Inncognito has a 3.83 star rating.
