Another day, another debutant brewery for Bracknell Ale & Wine Festival 2014 with Newbury based brewery Two Cocks joining our expanding list.

1643 Viscount is a 5.6% golden ale. Untappd.com calls it an unusual ale with plenty of sweetness and floral notes. Aroma hops from New Zealand with double fermentation.
The Two Cocks Brewery website says: “Using some of our own hedgerow hops in every brew gives our beers a definitive flavour note. These are believed to originate from hop gardens grown in the district over 300 years ago, witnesses of the bloody battle between the cavaliers and the roundheads.
