The Bracknell Ale & Cider Festival is fast approaching so we thought we’d have a little look through the internet to find some videos of the acts due to perform on the Bailey’s Garage Acoustic Stage.
The full list of acts is here, but here’s a little sneak peak..
First up we have The Amazing Tiger Band and a funky cover of ‘I wanna be like you’ from The Jungle Book..
Described on SoundCloud as ‘A one man band with a bass guitar, loop pedal and a vision. he is also speaking about himself in third person. Which he enjoys.’
It’s fair to say we’re looking forward to this one.
Next up is this video of Alfie Griffin playing a duet of Riptide at Coffee Barker in Bracknell Town Centre. According to the clip the other chap is Dan Pryde. Have a listen..
This next one is singer songwriter Oliver Marsh, that’s quite a voice!
Helen Wren is next on our list. Here she is in February with a cover of Tom Petty’s Free Falln’.
Any acoustic list wouldn’t be complete without our very own Abi Powell who’s belting out a version of ‘This Love’ by Maroon 5. Abi organises our acoustic stage acts as well as open mic nights around the town every week.
Finally, who could forget our most energetic of favourites.. Toxic Sofa. They duo have been performing at Bracknell Ale & Cider Festival for almost as long as it’s been going on. Here they are with 500 Miles at the 2018 event.
